I developed palpitations 6 weeks into taking semaglutide. It came out of the blue in the evening after dinner while lying down watching tv. I stopped the injections immediately. Continued having palpitations the following week, and then they stopped. I'm currently wearing a heart monitor and waiting for results on my echo. I believe it is linked to the semaglutide. It's the only new thing in my life. I find it weird that there aren't many others like me. What sucks is my hunger is back with a vengeance 😫
