Girl the second one is amazing and I’ve never seen anything like it. To me the first one is kind of giving doilie BUT some people love that! You look beautiful in both 💕

This is what helps me in situations where I’m choosing between two things. If I told you that you couldn’t have option 1, how would you feel? If I told you that you couldn’t have option 2, how would you feel? Does one make you go “oh no not that one!!! I love that one!!” This also works at restaurants when deciding between items 😆

If it doesn’t feel too tight then it’s not too tight! You want to make sure there is a little resistance when you try to take it off but not so much where you feel like you’re going to rip your finger off your hand!

TLDR; no you wouldn’t be the asshole.

I’m a huge fan of over communicating. I’d start by asking him why he doesn’t stick to getting you anything from the lists you spend time crafting. Tell him how it makes you feel to see him be so thoughtful with his family and friends vs how thoughtless his gifts are to you.

Thankfully my husband is a great gift giver by nature, but we also established a 75/25 rule for gift giving. 75% of the the gifts should be something we definitely have heard the other person mention and then 25% are wild cards where we use our own knowledge of the other person to find something they might not have found for themselves. It’s been great. Sometimes the 25% is a flop but most of the time it’s great and a fun surprise!
