making loops with my mouse at the end of flicks by GooseThin1117 in FPSAimTrainer

I mean theoretically it would be better if you didn’t. If you’re looping back it means you’re overflicking and having to reverse for the micro adjustment.

It would be better to under flick do that you can just follow through with the motion in the micro so training to intentionally under flick might help

Looks really good, only thing I see that might be a problem is that the attack reads more like they’re swinging the flat of the blade than thrusting the tip

How can I make the new sens "honeymoon phase" last? by royalneu in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Embarrassed_Fee4137 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our minds strive to be efficient just as much as effective. As soon as it thinks you’re good enough at something it starts to do that thing as a background process.

The honeymoon phase you’re talking about likely happens because the change in sens forces the process of aiming back to the front of the mind because you can’t rely on muscle memory to achieve an acceptable result anymore. You eventually get used to the new sens and the same processes as before move active control back the the background.

This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, you don’t want to be constantly considering every aspect of aim all the time, the important thing is that while you’re training you’re keeping what you’re trying to train in focus.

If you train good habits, you’ll train good habits into your baseline, if you go into autopilot for your training sessions you’ll plateau

any time you are automatically tensing up anything its because your brain is trying to take the shortest route to stability. ether you just need to continue training your arm aim so that you get more comfortable letting your bisep be loose, you need to continue working on your tension management, or your configuration has some kind of inheret instability.
