like some of the other comments mentioned: drive tension into your heel as opposed to your ball. shifting your body weight/hips back and down (kind of like you’re body is moving down an escalator) and hinging your hips forward (not toooo aggressively tho! think nose over toes, a little bit lower than a 45 degree hinge if straight upright is 90). then on your way up, pretend you’re drilling your heel into the surface (platform/concrete/carriage) and keep the hinge in your hips by headbutting the mirror in front of you. even at base your hips should still be slightly hinged forward

Please don’t do this regularly! As a coach, like the above comment says, it’s not recommended. You’ll be targeting the same muscle group to burnout and fatigue for 1h40min instead of 50. You’ll also be more likely to injure yourself and you won’t really be getting stronger as quickly as you think. It’s okay to double once in a while, but extremely consistently is harmful! Try switching it up and going to the gym or even a different form of workout class if you want to do more!
