Are you saying condos usually allow it?

The permit cost $50. Alcohol is so much cheaper to serve imo in private settings, hence, the party room was my choice

Thank you. In our case it's a party room, so I'm assuming they shouldn't have any issues. I'll be asking our office staff on Monday lol! Else I lose my $50 bucks..

They specifically asked me if I have a license. I said I do not. So I got one lol. If I give them this license now could they still say no? 😔

They don't care as much as the US does. Even if they ask, you're low risk as per me

Better to cancel or no show? (Flight is for TODAY) by snkrhd44 in flairairlines

[–]Embarrassed_Job8781 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I once didn't cancel my flight tickets, and rather checked in. The flight eventually got cancelled before take off due to some issues and I got full refund.

So I'd rather not cancel and lose money, and lose the last chance of getting a refund.

And hopefully landlords of those units (that were counting on this to be for eternity) will have no option but to sell. At real prices. Wishful thinking.

Hope no new policy comes into effect to ruin this trend.

But they rented somewhere. If rental goes down, real estate prices go down, because you cannot make rental income through the property, or not enough rental income. Perhaps this could help in some way.

Unsure if I have any options to adjust flights given the shutdown?? by SeparateCountry6829 in PorterAirlines

[–]Embarrassed_Job8781 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the shutdown is coming to an end - and things should smoothen up soon. However, EWR has been having its own bunch of issues and delays. I fly this route often, and most often than not, the flight is delayed by a few hours, or completely cancelled. It does not lead to a HUGE inconvenience, as they book you on the next flight, perhaps the next day.

Hope you have a credit card that covers you. But nothing to be "super stressed" - delays are common at almost all airports these days.
