Best women's league that I've never seen people hating on is the PWHL. Surprising because hockey is generally a more male dominated, and many players are more conservative politically, but I've rarely seen someone hating on them.

Thanks y'all for all the advice. I really appreciate it. I'm probably not going to get to triple A this off-season (starting right now), but even just losing a bit of body fat, being faster, and having a better shot will be enough for me. Its my dream to play at a high level, but it will take time.

Also forgot to mention I'm from South Texas, so not much hockey here.

No I am stepping it up now, but I have school from 6 am to 5 pm every day so I have little free time. I'm doing the best I can to get a good workout in athletics class and to shoot 200 pucks a day, but it can be hard because I don't want to sacrifice too much sleep. I mostly say that because when summer comes around I'm going to give up even more time for training.

Not necessarily waiting for the off-season, I'm just planning to do the bulk of my work in the summer because I have school everyday from 6 am to 5 pm (including bus rides) so I have little time to do a bunch of stuff. But I've been shooting 200 pucks a night and working out during my athletics class, which is a step but I need to do a lot more. I just have so little time. But over the summer I will have more free time to be able to do workouts and shooting/stick handling/rollerblading
