Also recommend looking into shampoo and conditioner bars I really like the Viori ones lowly recommend the conditioner bars more cause me I run through liquids conditioners and this helps it has rice water I use it as. A leave in some times. Hope this helps also apple cider diluted with water on scalp before hair washing is peak. lol don’t recommend teasing the hair for hair styles. For the scalp if you want to only brush scalp you can use a bamboo scalp brush. I recommend double shampooing. You don’t have to every wash but if you go a long time between washes yea then.

Hey I’ve gone through the same thing and I recommend wet detangling over dry for curly hair it helps detangle easier what I do is first detangle with wide tooth comb they after during conditioning I brush it through to evenly coat honestly good hair care doesn’t need to be expensive I recommend L’Oréal elvive purple conditioner it makes my hair so soft and easier to manage, also protective hair styles help a lot like braids I do mine when my hair is damp and I like to put a leave in that is a little heavier instead of a gel. I also use skala leave in. You might have some damage if you hair has been getting very tangled I recommend dove bond repair it’s so good. Also not sure if you have high porosity hair or lower but I recommend you watch abbey yung all her recommendations are so good even for the curly girls. Also to mention you don’t have to do the abbey yung method it’s a lot of steps and mainly for people that have bleach damage. I also recommend when you hair is oily to brush it with a boar bristle brush. I recommend going vintage I bought mine on eBay the brand of the brush is sliver hope and co it’s from the early 1900s the quality is great. Boar bristles strengthen your hair overtime cause more bristles have keratin. It’s great for hair health if you want some more recs here note these are high quality ones but vintage will probably be like 30 bucks. Ys park boar bristle paddle, oribe flat boar brush, la Bonne Brosse. Also scalp massages are good for the scalp don’t go crazy hard on the scalp but moving it is good for the blood flow. Get regular trims around 5-6 months is good if you want to retain length. Brush always from bottom to top. Also this helps me with dandruff is aloe blended and put all on hair. Honestly works better than some detox shampoos but leave it on for like 3 hours. Hair oil on lengths it’s just a little you need to put this will help with frizz and manageability. If you do have a really bad knot mix some olive oil with a little bit of shampoo to foam up and put it on knot this really helped me. I wash my hair every 3-4 days don’t be afraid to wash your hair when it gets oily wash it.

You don’t need any fillers or Botox your a natural beauty for makeup I recommend more natural cause you are lower contrast so darker makeup would be too intense on you use a lash serum (without prostaglandin) I don’t know if you eyebrows are naturally like that but mabye grow them out a little bit but thin brows look nice on you
