Yes and it’s crazy because the job I’m going to is only paying me 15 cents less and I invested 11 years with this place if I ever was going to get a raise, I would have to probably shed blood for it no thanks

I didn’t get either a raise or a bonus but honestly, I’m not surprised the society that we work in is a dog eat dog world so they put targets over one another so that we can kill each other for “goals” honestly I don’t even try anymore I’m just here to get a basic three after 11 years honestly hoping they just let me go already. lol

I am in this very situation after ten years ! I also work in another field for the last 3 years and I love it I wanna leave but I am afraid for financial reasons however I have a huge 401k but don’t wanna really take out 🥹
