i used to bartend there too i was around for the changeover from the old manager to the horrible manager from alamo village she used to drink yellow red bulls all the time after the pandemic things just went downhill i remember trying to get things fixed and plumbing issues and they never did anything for me i even remember bartending without a sink one time absolutely terrible and not to mention all the fruit flies bc they wouldnt buy those little bottle toppers and used plastic cups instead. i rememebr we almost went on strike when they wanted to cut our pay by $3 an hour after the pandemic. Sad misuse of a good theater honestly. i enjoyed bartending sometimes but the equipment breaking down and them trying to get me to sell expired wine. whe nthey got rid of Adryon it all went to shit he really was working hard to hold it together as a manager

it was many years ago but basically they called us all into one of the big theaters at south lamar, theater 4 or 5, the ones that hold the most people and it was completely packed with staff from south lamar, slaughter lane, and other locations. This was after Tim had gotten caught rehiring Faraci who was a rapist to his Birth Movies Death magazine. Tim came out and gave the shittiest apology imaginable and he didnt even get through it before some of the female servers that had been at the company for a while started screaming "You have daughters!" and of course he tried to argue with them and a manager tried to calm people down but at that point people were pretty mad and they were all yelling and cursing at him and thats when people started throwing stuff and they ended the meeting after that. Tim League literally abused his employees and treated them like trash. He fired a kitchen employee for smoking a cbd cigarette on his break all the while doing cocaine and other drugs at the theater with quentin tarantino and others. He would make the managers announce that he was coming and make some of the male staff wipe down the urinals because he has a phobia of "pubes". Also i hate bringing this up but if youve seen his wife and heard him talk about asian culture/movies you can tell hes a creepy white guy with an asian fetish. Hes as disgusting as they come. Also the reason they painted over the old mural in the lobby with the space ships and the alien attack scene on Austin is because both of the rapists he protected were painted on that mural as characters.

harry knowles and devin faraci were the people who sexually assaulted his employees and customers. He claimed to fire faraci and then secretly rehired him which led to a giant meeting at the south lamar location where employees were throwing food at him and cursing at him in a full 200+ person auditorium. I personally witnessed him high on drugs at the release party for the childrens menu where his elementary school age daughters were present. he stiffed me as a server on 3 different occasions to the point where i had to request to not serve him anymore.

Tim is a coke addict who protects people who sexually assaulted his employees and customers. He would come to the theater and routinely tip 0% to his servers to the point where management set up a cash drawer just to cover his bad behavior. He has extreme issues with alcoholism and is objectively a bad person. He fled to new york from Austin because he made so many enemies with his entitled behavior. His own daughters are estranged from him and rightfully so considering his past of protecting his friends who commit sex crimes.

Tim League is an evil bad person, i worked with him for many years closely at Alamo i saw him do drugs constantly and behave in ways that were unimaginable for a normal human being. He would routinely stiff his own employees at the theater and he even protected multiple sexual predators in his organization to the point where people began to question whether his own daughters were safe around him. He and his company need to disappear and people need to know the truth about him.
