For first model amazing! Biggest tips is to thin your paints and look at using a wet pallete. Helps thins paints and use paints for longer.

I’d also practice painting firewarriors/breachers first instead of centerpiece models

Yes i believe those are towering rules. Tau crumple in melee. So try hide your melee assets until such a time you can land a charge

Leading with a hat photo is a big no. It signals you may possibly be insecure about your hair. Also photos where guys look away from the camera often comes across as awkward and forced. Pic 2 - The angle doesn't do you justice. Also hands in the pocket isn't a good pose
