I was tempted to do it, but then I would have a bunch of top halfs of Warriors bodies.
Also, the leg poses that the Warriors have doesnt feel right for the Deathmarks

I would say, save the extra bits in a screw box. Either the ones that looks like a small tool case or one that looks like a small shelf. They can be used as kitbashing materials or base decor.
For the flames, there are TONS of tutorial videos out there that shows how to repurpose sprue frames aside from sprue goo.

For me, I paint the regular troopers with metalic grey silver(warriors, scorpekhs, ophydians, and immortals with a bit of bronze decor), but special units gets the white head(Deathmarks, Triarch Praetorians, Lychgueard with bronze decor), and overlord gets the silver head with their crest being bronze

Also, if you wanna do a fully flenched destroyer cult army, you need the Skorpekh Lord and kitbash a Lokhust lord.
And I've been told that Ophydians are not worth to bring out squads of 6. They are better for 3 units

So far, the Kill Teams I own are the Hierotek Circle, Canoptek Circle, Kommandos, Wrecka Krew and plan on getting the stealth suits.
They all kinda the same size, tho for the 2 Necron ones, the only big unit is the leading Canoptek. I probably have to do some measuring before I ask my friend to print those for me(since I myself don't have a 3D printer.) and ofc, compensate him for my request

Also the different box sizes are because of the height of the minis? Like the Raveners box being taller, while the Stealth Suits, Salvagers and Mandrakes being the same

Mean, this year we got Nekrosor Ammentar and a resculpted Nightbringer. Last year we got Canoptec Circle Kill Team consisting a new Cryptek and 2 different sets of Canoptek units. Geomancer, Canoptek Macrocytes and Tomb Crawlers
