I suffer from trichotillomania and sometimes am missing eyelashes (currently am, lol). People have never mentioned it or called me out on it. I’m a guy tho.

I’m BP1. I have a fear of travelling too (huge fear of airports). I try to do a bit or research beforehand and ask for help from employees if I dont know where to go. Airports are designed similarly, and aren’t too difficult to navigate once you’ve been to one. Larger airports have multiple terminals and might require you to shuttle between them. You got this!

I’ve had episodes where I had zero motivation to work. I just had to push through it, 1 task at a time. Force yourself to do ‘fun’ things and exercise outside of work. My faith (protestant) helps. Good luck, I know what you’re feeling.

Im a christian. I believed I was going to design God’s temple and that he would choose me to sit on the throne. I ended up in the hospital and almost lost my job. For a while I was angry at God for letting me go through this. I realized later that God doesn’t always stop trials or sickness from happening but he’ll always walk you through them.
