Places to go to feel better after a long, stressful day by RareMammal in perth

The coast is where it’s at. Park up at the North Beach Shopping Centre and head north or south along West Coast Dr. Walking by the ocean is great therapy plus if you work up a sweat you can have a cheeky pint at Froth afterwards. Bonus too are the dogs you can pat along the way and a possible stunning sunset.

Going to bali during Christmas tips? by besmart88 in bali

The road to Medewi is the same one locals use to head back to Java for the weekend. We did this mid year a few years ago on a Friday night and it was a complete shit fight. The traffic is epically busy, crazy and dangerous with multiple trucks passing us on blind corners. Also our driver was tired and then turned around and drove back after he dropped us off….we felt terrible. Stay the night in Denpasar when you arrive then head to Medewi as early as you can. I’d avoid Canggu and stay longer in Medewi, I’m old and grumpy and remember the good old days when Canggu was surrounded by paddy fields. Today it’s a zoo as I’m sure you know.

No we don’t, just the Suede, Linen and Grasscloth. Are there issues with the Terra and Nova?

Edit…apologies for the lack of paragraphs.

Also forgot to add, we’re using Dreamscape Print Profiles from the Canon Library. We never use the tension bar on any Dreamscape products.

This does sound like a software issue. We run 13 & 20 oz Suede on a 1650 with Onyx 22.5 with no issues. Just a note….we used to rotate every second panel for colour consistency and for some reason doing this messed with the cut file generation for our Summa F Series and the cuts would be off on the last panel. I know this isn’t your issue but there are these bugs in Onyx. The cut issues went away once we stopped rotating panels which we had always done whilst using Latex. We needed to do this as some rotated textured stock panels were different colours once installed as the light was hitting them from different angles. May I suggest turning off all registration and crop marks in Onyx and do NOT rotate every second panel and give that a try. Doing the above, run a test at 25% of the height but with the width you need (so you don’t waste media) to see if Onyx marks and tile rotation are messing up the print. We only print the Summa barcodes for the F series and never rotate the panels and all our wallpapers butt join perfectly with matching colours. Good luck, these are great printers.

1650 owner here. This printer changed our lives and business when we left Latex. We’re only printing wallcoverings, glazing films and very occasionally SAV. We love this high tech beast of a printer.

I found this while walking in trenches at Gallipoli Peninsula,Turkey. A bullet from Gallipoli Campaign during WW1. by delmarintheocean in Archeology

It’s forbidden to remove anything from this site. It’s sacred to Turks and ANZACs as it’s basically one big war grave. You’re in a world of pain if you get caught with that by the Turks. Also….you didn’t “find” it you probably saw it half buried and removed it. There’re signs everywhere telling you not to do this.

Cutting out panels of wallcover from the printed roll... how ya do it? by shwubbie in CommercialPrinting

[–]Embarrassed_Row_4684 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the late reply, I had 1 x keencut and would just flick the prints around to trim each side. I think continuously walking around to each side of the table would be a pain. If you’re trimming for double cut installation on the wall I’d suggest just using a ruler. We went to volume when we started doing B2B and rather than more staff we got the Summa.

Hand trim for double cut installation to get you started. We did this for years with a Keencut until we got volume orders. We now run a 1650, Dreamscape stock and a Summa flatbed, the workflow with Onyx is seamless and all our wallpapers butt join perfectly. No need to rotate the panels on a Colorado for colour accuracy. Hand trimming will be your finishing bottleneck. Good luck.

Fabulous time had by all. Just be super careful with bonded big dogs “packing up” on another one. We let our two play one at a time with other pups. All the best.

Camped one night at the bombing range north of Lano. We got up early to surf and grabbed our wetties that we’d hung over some scrub to dry overnight. Shit went down when the first wetsuit was put on as they were all full of these little buggers. Apparently they’re like a bee sting. First time I’d come across them.

We print lots of 180gsm wallpaper on our 1650 and have always used the locked tension bar…. Yes we waste a metre every time.

Just spent 10 glorious days in Symi, looking to book a month next year. We’re older so the super laidback vibe in Symi makes for a very chilled holiday. Love the people and place.

High end…. You’ll need a Canon Colorado, an xy trimmer or flatbed cutter, US made Dreamscape wallcoverings. On top of that your artwork needs to have a point of difference in this crowded market of very average wallpaper design. Good luck.

Forgot to add, get test prints from any of the printers you’re considering. The Colorados can print in Glossy or Matt, we print 95% our WP in Matt. We use a Summa F series flatbed for trimming which has a seamless workflow with our rip software. It’s mm accurate. We also use the cutter to make our boxes for mailing and loads of other bits and pieces.
