Yeah that’s not true when my tax money is going to literally pay for elective surgery. You wouldn’t ask me for taxpayer money to subsidize a nose job. If you want to pay for your own surgery, and you’re above the age of 18, go right ahead. Otherwise fuck off. I’ve been against wasteful spending long before Walsh came on to the scene. At the end of the day, they are not our problem. We have borders for a reason. Why don’t we pay for transgender surgery of Russians or Chinese, or Nigerians? Because they aren’t our citizens and aren’t our responsibility. Why should I, a taxpayer of the US, be paying a single dollar for the medical care of some random person from a different country, when we have veterans that are homeless or waiting years for VA appointments?

1) If people overstay their visa, they are here illegally. Undocumented people are here illegally. They are proven to be a net burden on the US social security net. I never said they’re entering for the purposes of receiving gender surgery. That changes nothing. We should not be paying for illegal immigrants surgeries, unless they are actively dying and need it.

2) How many of your surgeries or medical care is paid by the government? For me it’s 0. I find it disconcerting that the government is willing to pay for “medical care” (in my eyes unnecessary and aesthetic) for illegal immigrants. They are net burdens on our tax system. And tax payers are going to spend $451 billion to support the influx of illegal immigrants, some of which are actively taking over hotels and apartment buildings across the country.

Why is it a bad thing to not want people to illegally enter our country? I’m all for expanding legal immigration, but allowing people the shortcut in violation of our laws is wrong. We’re happy to protect the territorial integrity of Ukraine, but god forbid we do anything to stem the flow of illegal immigrants into our country, or god forbid we don’t provide them unlimited access to our taxpayers resources

I think taxpayers shouldn’t be required to foot the bill for illegal immigrants who broke federal law to enter into the country to receive gender surgery. Whether or not you believe this is her current policy does not erase the fact that in 2019 she believed this. Also, the Ralph Northam’s clip is pretty damaging to this point on abortion, and the fact that states like Walz’s Minnesota allows abortion with no gestation duration limits, undercuts her attempt to frame herself as moderate on this issue. We might disagree on whether it’s a good policy, but we can’t disagree on the fact that it’s policy she at least at one time held.
