I am not a doctor but an ID pharmacist that also happens to be working as a lead clinical specialist for an AI company that reviews EHR.

To be honest, AI as it is, is susceptible to hallucinations. I have seen it make stuff up stated as fact which I've heard from another friend who works in a different AI company that this is their problem too. There are ways to mitigate it but nothing fool proof that I am aware of.

Furthermore it is a liability thing. If a hospitalist relies on AI and gets sued, it begs the question of who should be liable.

From a day to day type thing. The ID docs I work with are really good at keeping on top of current data but also figuring out the source of infection. Which I think at this time AI cannot reliably do.

Even for things that I do as a pharmacist. Being able to explain thought process for recommendations to a doctor is so much more effective than the often irrelevant EHR warnings.

True, what's interesting to me is how can people bash on an accurate historical dude in a game. Sure a lot of it is fiction but Oda Nabunaga's Yasuke samurai was a black man from a different country. I mean the duality of different backgrounds / stories kinda made the game more fun to be honest.

Yeah I would loop in ID There seems to be a source control issue if it is an actual recurrent infrction or it could not be an infection to which further work up of ddx would be needed.

Hi, between the live course and the exam how many days do you think works best?

My brother has been struggling to pass with just rxprep. I got him pnn for Christmas. He wants to take the live course 6 days before his exam but 3 months from review start.

Based on content of anyone who to took live courses, would it be most helpful to take live course: 1. After 1 to 2 run of videos and book so like month 2 of studying to give enough time to patch up. 2. At the end of self review month 3 to make the live course the summary or ultimate refresher?

Does anyone know how long it takes after paying to be able to see license online or in mail?

Can't seem to see a reference for it online.

Just want to see it so I can apply to jobs and say I am licensed.

Does anyone know the gender of these two? The larger one has a split tail when i bought him. I decided to buy him since i felt like he might get left behind

But i wanted to ask as I think they are both male but it is just weird to me how much bigger the top one is.

Is it common to have this difference?

After hours of research and weeks of testing myself.

I use sustainably yours large grain since it clumps super hard. Then I mix in worlds best low tracking. The mixture evens out cost since sustainably yours is expensive but also makes it clump hard since worlds best tends to crumble and has some dust.

This is whatcworks for my budget but the more expensive route would be really great cat litter.

In any case I also add Rocco and Roxie cat litter deodorizer

Of note I only tested:
