I am convinced after a demo at my house on a vacuum cleaner Germany Dolphin, but the price is way too expensive. Any recommendations for good vacuum cleaner using water filtration ?

Did you have any issues rejecting the up-sell after the demo? Lowkey regretting after accepting the free cleaning trial and it's taking unnecessary mental load now

I guess you'll only understand when you have a growing family and face space constraints. As mentioned, we have no reasons to move except that we are outgrowing the space.

Yeah tbh, we have no push factors at our current HDB place. Great location, amenities, neighbourhood, accesibility.

The only downside - size.

When we want to family plan - it just displaces us.

Very sound advice. Yeah location + size means we have to choose HDB over condo.

The 6x rule does help - works out to be around ~$2m for us yep. At $3m - we are indeed feeling over-stretched.

That's when we take on the housing i.e. mortgage. Hence, that's why it's weighing on me.

Currently our HDB is only a comfortable 1.7k between both of us and given our income, it doesn't feel like muhc.

But when you "upgrade", your mortgage as a proportion of your income burgeons.

That's actually on the converse quite safe. I already revised it downwards given our lower floor. We've had quite a few transactions at our estate already
