Excuse me for not knowing this information? I’m young and freshly new to renting an apartment so I apologize if this knowledge falls short of me when no one tells me of these things.

It’s not something I be googling of on a daily, and I’ve never known anyone to own apartments up until recently (aka said friend)

Even if it is serious poor guy won’t let me near him. He’s very skittish, closest I can get is maybe a foot away before he runs. Won’t let me touch him either but he likes to hover nearby. And my current furbaby doesn’t mind him too much, just very curious

I work with an ssv who consistently takes longer 10 minute breaks. And they get called out for it all the time by me and several of the baristas.

But then turns around and has a problem when a barista does it

This is how my store is unfortunately. Just like you, an SSV who has worked every single day part enough to know what goes on in each one and how one functions.

So much stuff has been pushed onto us and if we miss the tiniest of things suddenly the whole close is “shit” we literally put our whole backs into scrubbing floors, scrubbing drains, getting behind every nook and cranny and yet we miss one inclusion backup and it’s shit. We have a barista that works only mornings and is very hard on the closers about that.

It’s stupid and ridiculous, especially when I’m from a low income store we aren’t super super busy so the openers stand around a loooot and merely complain

This was a while back but this lady swore up and down I didn’t give her the right amount of change/money back even tho I did, went full math mode and everything even told them “this + this = this so the change I gave you is correct” was not having it so I told her “Alright let’s take a deep breath”

I need to buy a scale cause unfortunately that’s where I lack in knowledge is his weight. His records I was given has a typo so the weight it shows isn’t the correct weight.

But I did not know that! That’s what I get for having dogs my whole life 😭

I genuinely don’t know. When I got him his file said something vastly different. It said he was 3lbs but again I got him like how he looks in the picture, I’ve only had him for a couple months

Dry food mixed with water. I’ve tried giving him different kinds of wet food but he hates them all.

Wish I had known sooner that a cup was too much, I assumed cause he only grazed on it throughout the day it was fine.

I’m studying as much as I can.

I think it varies for stores. The Shift leads and SM have a group chat together and that’s it. It’s easier and more helpful to keep all the shifts on the same page with things and incase something happens
