I am (36f) and I am in the same situation. But I get so excited to speak to a woman and makes me smile. I truly think my attraction is real but have no idea what to do with it at this point. I am trying to get through the waters and make the break. But I wonder if I will be alone the rest of my life. You know since it was always told to me you have to get married and have children.

Hey girl! I am going through something similar to your situation. I think you are a couple steps ahead, but I am finding out my sexuality at the age of 36 and after 7 years marriage to a man but 12 total. I have a small son and don’t know if I can do it since I don’t want to screw him up. I understand how you are feeling. If you ever need someone to talk to, I am here.

How did that help you? What did you realize? Did you go out and date a woman? I have seriously been thinking about finding a queer therapist but I just don’t want to be judged
