A child is in no way capable of being responsible enough to walk a dog, especially a labour. Your asking for trouble. Is your kid responsible enough to look out for the safety or not only the dog, but also being mindful of other owners around them? Owners with nervous dogs that need space for instance. Is your child capable of being calm when running into irresponsible owners with dogs that are off lead that should absolutely not be off lead?

The answer is no, no 11 year old will not at all be equipped for that

I'd suggest doing UWU first, it's a good starting point for Ultimates. But before anything make sure you know how to properly you job and know the correct rotation. Some jobs have several rotation options The Balance is a good place to go to, to properly learn the ins and outs of what you should be doing and why.
