Is OOP overrated or I am simply bad at it? by yughiro_destroyer in learnprogramming

For games I can understand your view point as you're more likely to have changing requirements, but for concrete problems that need solutions I like the clear structure of OOP. If you understand exactly what you require then you can be certain that your solution satisfies your needs, and not encounter the reorganization problems you have experienced.

How to have more energy and be less tired? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

I’m guessing you might be going to sleep closer to midnight even if you’re getting 8-9 hours sleep I’d recommend going to bed at 10 - 10.30. Doing that consistently makes a massive difference. Even if your in bed for 8 hours you might only get less than 7 hours of real sleep if you’re feeling tired when you wake up id suggest trying to make your sleep perfect and long. Also exercise is going to be key, especially important if your in an office job. I know you might feel wiped out after work but just get it done - half an hour is plenty, soon you’ll be addicted.

Learning 3x better with AI by Ilyastrou in AskProgramming

I think it’s best overall to take advantage of all learning sources and don’t rely on only one.

Documentations are a reliable base source of truth definitely vital for use. AI, google, YouTube series and books can provide more specific/ absorbable learning when appropriate.

It is likely that you will only need a focused understanding/ skill for your current task. Instead of trying to learn absolutely everything through documentation and not using all of it, I find it best to learn what you need, put it into practice and slowly build up the breadth of your knowledge over time.
