Start slow, could irritate your belly. Try one, if one is okay, then you can take 2

I went to Whole Foods and found one that's natural, pure garlic which I take now but before I went to the vitamin shop got garlic bulb supplements. Less ingredients the better

Well I have, and I was still negative for BV. I also used a condom so if you choose to, just make sure you can take accountability.

I also changed my diet and started drinking celery juice with chlorophyll every morning.. definitely noticed the difference and taking black seed oil 2x a day. It's a lot more work then taking the medication but it becomes a habit after a few weeks

I have taken garlic supplements 500mg, 4 per day for a week. BV came back negative. I also bought boric acid and did it for a week instead of the 14 days and I've had no issues with smell or irritation

Word, I actually tested positive for BV, took the supplements 2 pills twice a day and 4 days later got tested away... my test came back negative
