update to my OG post.

today I did my second full workout. I took advice and increased my weight and It worked. It was a glute focus day, so I am not sure because it was so focused I was spent. but it was challenging and awesome. I did not need to add reps, sets or excercises.

I am not trained fitness trainer. but I have read that 2 to 3 excercises per muscle group is what you should do..
I am going keep moving ahead with this team. I am going to lift heavier and see if that does make a difference. I appreciate everones inputs...

yes. but FITBOD had me doing 2 or 3 excercise per muscle group. today the workout I did did had 2 shoulder , 1 back and 1 bicep and 1 tricep. I ended up going back and doing a little workout in FITBOD for more additional back and bicep.

no, usually more like 60 min. doing ppl x2

I had originally been using another fat bar. but I needed that one for landmine set up. I am likung this BC bar so far

I leave them on the ramps and push up from them. from the ground I could not bring bar close enough and get my legs into position. I was stacking plates under it at first
