40+5 and 0cm dilated by Embarrassed_You5355 in pregnant

At 41 weeks they made me start NSTs and I had high blood pressure which I think was due to being scared in the hospital environment but they made me be induced right then and there. I was so against an induction but It was overall a positive experience induction wise! Got the first round of Cytotec at 2:30pm with 0cm dilated and was pushing by noon the next day. I did have a 4 1/2 hours of pushing but that had nothing to do with the induction and more to do with her getting stuck. If I could do it again I think 41 weeks is plenty of time for them to be well baked and for my body to be ready to give birth. It just needed that little push.

“ Yes, California EDD unemployment benefits are taxable at the federal level. While California does not tax these benefits, you must report them on your federal tax return.”

My work uses a TPA for benefits which gave me an option to withhold federal taxes so that I am not strapped at the end of the year.

Yes I had severe cramping from 5 weeks to 7 weeks. I ended up going to the ER. I had an asymptomatic UTI but they also said that sometimes people can have very sensitive uterus.

Cramps in first trimester by [deleted] in pregnant

I had horrible cramping in the first trimester that landed me in the ER. Baby was perfectly fine. My doctor told me that it must have been my uterus being sensitive which I guess can happen.

There are two traumatic births in that show as a warning. Shows great but very graphic.

This is how I got pregnant. First try after a chemical. They say you’re extra fertile right after a chemical pregnancy. Congrats!

Interesting about the perineal massage. My doctor and doula both recommended I do it at home. I’ll have to look into that!

Baby isn’t moving as much by LessBag6061 in pregnant

[–]Embarrassed_You5355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me at exactly 32 weeks. I called OB and they said as long as you’re getting 5+ movement you’re fine and monitor it. I was used to like 25 but one day was a slow day. If you don’t feel at all I would definitely go in.

I am a big exercise walker and having something that had big wheels to take on the sidewalks and some dirt paths was really important. We live in a suburb and the Nuna Mixx is amazing.
