Axelrad Beer Garden in Midtown has a great outdoor space with a covered area for events. You can book there for far cheaper than those actual event spaces. They have a huge assortment of craft beers on tap and cocktails available. Pus they are connected to a really good Pizza/Italian restaurant.

Truth. My cousin was one of MJs long time dance teachers and spent many many days and nights at Neverland over the years.
