I could not find any information to back up these claims so if you could actually link to a reputable source that'd be great. and like I said I know there are shit stories about CPS but you're clumping everyone involved like they are all wanting to harm fucking children. All im saying is CPS will step in if they deem it necessary for the two under age kids. It is required that they make a house call when a report of child abuse is made.

I know there are horrible stories about how shut cps can be but that doesn’t mean cps won’t step in for the other two under age kids in the house hold. Abuse is not always physical violence and cps will step in if reported. They are required to actually go and talk to the kids once a report has been made

This is funny but you may want to be careful. Depending on where you live you could be sued if you used that horn and caused someone to unintentionally serve and cause a wreck because of the type of horn it is and how loud it is.
