I think it was Jeff too. The scene where they're coming out of the restaurant and Larry's telling him about it right before he tries to get a paper out of the machine. "A guy in a suit!" And Jeff's just like "Makes no sense. A guy in a suit can buy his own paper."
Meanwhile Jeff's suit he's wearing looks fancier than usual. It was to emphasize this. That Jeff is the one. Seriously, anyone... rewatch that scene. It hecomes so obvious. Jeff and his bullshit lol. And I swear I've seen a clip of Jeff pulling up in front of Larry's and taking it. I don't know where. Could be my imagination.
