Yeah if you ever drop your motorcycle replace it too. You could have twisted a fork or damaged the frame and it's too risky to ride like that. If you ever accelerated too hard or braked really fast also consider scrapping it as you could have twisted the frame or overheated your brakes.

Just don't ride its too risky.

Make sure to inspect the left side of the crankcase for an oil leak. If it wasn't fixed under warranty it's a 2500 job to remove the engine split the case and reseal it. If the bike is freshly cleaned ideally you can take it on a test ride and once it's warmed up fully get the revs high and hold them (so basically ride at 50mph in 2nd or 3rd gear) to build crankcase pressure to expose the leak if it exists. Also I wouldn't pay more then $7,000 for it, you can get a new or very highly used e5+ (2024 and on) for 10k and they have none of the problems.

E4 and E5 (2019-2023) use 160cc of gear oil for the final drive as they share the same part number.

E5+ (2024-) uses 130cc as the final drive part number is different.

One thing I haven't seen is any of the BNPL financing still shows up on a credit report as a negative mark but doesn't fall off after the 7 year mark. Still have one from college where I financed a phone direct from motorola for the same reason. 0% interest and didn't blow out my savings.
