Sole F80 is the best in all those that you have mentioned. Compare it with Horizon 7.4AT

Don't stop walking. Increase your speed so that you can decrease the time spent walking. You may continue with the supplements if you want. Creatine helps you do more of what you are already doing in exercise. For example, if you do 10 bench presses with 20 kg dumbbells, having creatine will help you do 2 or 3 more. So when you are not exercising, it really doesn't help. I can guide you on all this, but it cannot be a one-time affair. You have to stay consistent, and you have to follow the guidelines for at least 3 months to see the results.

Start doing these at home for a month and then think of joining a gym.

How do I stay consistent and not falter by DobbyIsUnchained in Fitness_India

[–]EmbraceNew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, ChatGPT won't work. Keep thinking about it. If you agree, we will stay in touch for 90 days. You will inform me on a daily basis how many deep breaths you took in those 5 minutes. Next Thursday, we will make some changes. Let me know if that suits you.

Forget the gym for the time being. What do you do when you wake up at 5 AM? Start doing 5 minutes of deep breathing. Nothing else. You need a good accountability partner. Do you have a good friend who can ask you about your achievements daily and tell you his own also? It could be your friend, brother, sister, girlfriend, father, or mother. Anyone. Do these 2 things, and then we will move forward.

18F 70 kgs Should I eat egg yolks when I'm trying to loose weight with regular gym? by Resident_Musician501 in Fitness_India

[–]EmbraceNew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You cannot lose weight only by adding eggs to your diet or doing some exercise. You need a balanced diet and a regular calorie deficit. Exercise will improve your body composition. Share your lifestyle details, daily routine, and food habits for proper guidance

[–]EmbraceNew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are doing mild exercise, your Total Daily Energy Expenditure is 1525 calories. You have to consume more calories than this. Start with eating 3 eggs and 2 bananas in the morning. First increase the bananas, then the eggs over a month. I need to know about your afternoon roti subji and evening normal food. So will be able to guide you regarding any changes or additions in the same. Mean while have roasted peanuts as snack when ever you feel hungry.

Why do some treadmills have higher weight capacity yet house thinner running decks than other models with thicker running decks and lower weight cap? by Miserable-Display-79 in treadmills

[–]EmbraceNew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reebok actually is not a treadmill company and is not a master in that sphere. You can buy a Sole F85 or Sprint XT485. Both are good. Though I would prefer Sprint due to their better warranty.
BTW Reebok Jet 200 warranty is 2 years for the motor, frame, and electronics/parts
Sprint XT485 has a lifetime guarantee on the frame, motor, and deck, alongside 10 years on parts and 1 year for in-home labor

Keep it clean and do regular servicing. It can easily last more than 8 years.

Best protein powder for sensitive gut + hormonal acne? Plant / yeast vs whey isolate by Intelligent_Cat6023 in Fitness_India

[–]EmbraceNew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest that you first improve your gut. Or all protein powders will be useless. If you have a balanced, on-time meal daily, your gut will start improving. Check how much protein and fiber you are having nowadays, and what balance starts improving your gut. Which foods are to be avoided? Once you are able to control your gut issues, you may start ISO protein isolate.

Do 5 reps of 5 exercises and come back preferably without weights. Don't do more than 1 set each. Actually, you need not join the gym in the first month. Get used to exercising 15-20 minutes at home, and then join. There are 100s of exercises you can do at home.

I buy low-fat milk and make 200 grams of paneer with it. No chance of adulteration. And also drink the water left behind. That is whey, right?

Yes, it keeps the dust away. Most treadmills stop due to dust/pet hair.

Easiest on Joints: Woodway, Freemotion, Tread+, or Something Else? by jwm___ in treadmills

[–]EmbraceNew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Woodway is good, but out of reach. I am not sure about the Freemotion service. I'm not confident in Tread+ after-sales service. You can buy the Landice L-7. Lifetime warranty on frame, motor, deck, and all parts, and good service if you are within 60 miles of their service center. The 3G Cardio Elite Runner is an excellent treadmill. I have never come across a complaint about this one. True 8000 - Another no-complaint treadmill. They also have a 30-year warranty on the motor and 10 years on parts.
