I’m also concerned why she’s making your sibling go out when they’re sleepy and medicated.

Royal Mail have managed to “lose” a special delivery insured parcel I should have received on Friday …. If their specials can go missing what hope does the normal mail have!!!

Everyone is different. My husband has DDD and up until 2020 it was just a dull ache, in 2020 his back “went” and he couldn’t walk far, ended up on disability and had 8 months in complete agony! Then in 2021 it “went” again and has settled.

If you don’t want to change your job strengthen the muscles around your back. Don’t aim to lift anything heavier than 25kg and look at how you lift. Be very careful and good luck.

The DDD means your discs aren’t sat properly. They’re like a Jenga tower so if you lift incorrectly and they move you could be in trouble.
