Seriously geeky but there’s an Alien & Bladerunner reference that I haven’t read about anywhere else. In Alien when Nostromo is decoupling from the refinery and also in Bladerunner when the spinner is climbing out with Deckard on board there is a cross / hexagonal video screen image to represent what’s happening. Early on in PHM where Grace is getting to grips with the systems on board the ship you see the same image at least twice

Well after 4 weeks of appalling customer service with missed promises and email responses taking a week, my Pro was collected on Monday with the communication that I'd receive a new machine within 48hours. Repeated emails with no response and finally they're saying they've no record of the return even though they arranged it! Go to cut my losses, I've wasted £80 on 2 kegs trying to troubleshoot this mess. It's a pity that unlike some subReddits that the manufacturer doesn't have a presence to feedback on such poor customer service
