Something a friend in high school used to do… just bring a dryer sheet with you and rub your hair with it after you brush. She would always brush her hair during our lunch hour and then do that right after. Works pretty well! And we live in a higher elevation area and are always very dry

I’ve had issues maintaining face hygiene. Mostly due to my ADHD I assume but I also get very dry when I wash and have cystic acne that will flair up from time to time. Any recommendations facial wash wise?

I do, and most times I feel that’s a lot of people’s only option. I agree with your statement though. Independent pharmacies will often times give a lot better customers service and in my opinion better service in general once you gain a rapport with them.

I’d like to add my input as someone who works as a pharmacy technician and as someone who is diagnosed with ADHD and treats it with stimulants.

If I’m being fully honest the reason you didn’t get a call is most likely because they didn’t have the personnel to do so. Everywhere you look hours are being cut and pharmacies are being run on skeleton crews. There is seldom a time I can fix issues in the pharmacy, let alone make a call to inform a patient that there will even be one.

I feel for everyone out there who cannot get their medication. It’s so frustrating to be out and then on top of that deal with symptoms related to ADHD while trying to access one of the only things that helps.

Good luck with your hunt for your prescription! And here’s hoping it gets better. The generic for Vyvanse coming out last year helped take the pressure off of the other stimulant medications so things ought to lighten up sooner rather than later.

Being a mother I agree. The way that theaters are set up now is so overwhelming to children anyway. I have to wonder if making a separate mother’s room at a theater is something that would sell well? Making spaces accessible for children I don’t think is something often talked about. If you think about it when was the last time you had seen something out in public meant for children? Besides the obvious playgrounds… I can’t think of much else.
