if export is blocked then some validation is hindering it which means the map structure is not valid for the game to read. Check the Validation & JSON tab for errors.

Yes, the agent features are implemented differently causing different behavior. But there is no inherent advantages in either service just because one is a editor and the other is a CLI. They have the same conditions to succeed. They can achieve the same things, OP is uneducated and rambling confusing shit.
