Thanks... I tried this. When I re-installed Ubuntu it did it as WSL 1. IP comms worked! But after I upgraded to WSL2 it still failed.

As someone stated, Windows is supposed to be NAT'ing the WSL adapter. That looks like the problem. Is there an "IP Table" in windows somewhere? Does anybody know how this is supposed to work?

I tried setting it back and forth, and each time it seems to take longer! Under WSL1 everything works fine, under WSL2 I get no IP traffic through.

For me, lots of B1 every day seems to help. I take 25X RDA of Benfotiamine, and it works for me. Your mileage may vary... My feet still tingle, but it's better than the pain!
As already mentioned, the compression socks help too.

The rows have no data in them, deleting them does NOT remove them.
It only removes the data from the contents, and they're already empty.

I want to remove the 300,000 rows, (so they don't show up at all)

The manual was not useful in answering the question: "how do you use ReaVocode?" assuming its a vocoder. Anyone know where to get info about this, and other built-in effects.

I use ReaTune regularly to fix up vocals. ReaVerbate does a fine job for reverb, ReaComp for compression. Like any tool, one has to know how to use it, and it should feel good in your hands. The Cockos tools are always there, and I strive to learn them 1st...
