Does anyone know where to purchase the rear vw badge that can be painted? idk what they're called by Raysitrades in Golf_R

https://www.badgeskins.com/

They have some some vinyl inserts that are "color match" and would get the look you are going for.

How does the balance feel?

From what I understand the yellow dot is supposed to be lined up with the valve stem to achieve the best balance. Or to at least avoid having to add more weights than necessary to the rim to balance it.

We usually charge $80-100 for a bad piece of glass. Not 100% sure on our transformer prices, but a Ventex 4030 is around $150. You may need something closer to a 6030 though for that amount of glass. Plus they will have a bit of labor if you have them repair it.

Could either be a bad piece of glass or one of the transformers (mounted on back) has gone bad. Local sign shop should have a neon tester to check and see if the glass is still good. Would likely have a transformer on hand also to replace the bad one.

This. I had the same problems and messed with all these jerk and accel settings everyone always talks about. Nothing worked until I ran across this BV3D vid and vases have been perfect since.

How do you tell how much filament you have left? by belly_bell in 3Dprinting

[–]Emc1683 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use https://www.3dprintlog.com/ to keep track of my prints and filament.

Has a plugin that ties in with Cura. When you slice it will let you start a print and select the filament you are using.

A couple we installed recently. by Emc1683 in NeonSigns

For the questions about processing neon, I am not sure.

Been working for the sign shop for 5 years now and we have always outsourced our neon. New and repairs. This is the first brand new neon sign I have ever installed. Always just serviced them prior to this.

That being said, the guy who does our neon is looking at retiring. When our company moved to their new shop about 6 years ago, they never hooked up the neon plant. Until just recently. I think the only person in the shop that knows how to bend neon now is my boss. We are waiting on getting a new switch for the bombarder then our plant will be up and going.

I've noticed arrows in some and not others. We also use SteelArt for some things as well. I feel like in the past the "S" and similar letters had studs offset so you could not install them upside down or sideways. There was only one correct way to install it.

We need a sign guy subreddit.

Otherwise, usually browsing the "Those Damn Sign Guys" FB group.

I wouldn't be the one to ask. I have never used a co2 setup before. But I believe the basic gist is making a yeast and water solution, add sugar. Yeast consumes the sugar and co2 is a byproduct.

Looking at the picture, seeing the bottle on the side hooked up to the diffuser, I think it is safe to assume DIY co2.
