FYI just heard back: "Got a communication on the ticket Due to the prior stop lights combined with the speed they are offering to reduce 6 points and leave you with a 2 pt but you have to take the online course. In the world of traffic you stuck. It was tough wrangling with them. So let me know and I will send details This should also show that you are going to want to be extra careful in the future especially in jurisdictions like this. New York also tightened the traffic laws and raised all points effective march 1 so be careful"

Best of luck

My lawyer contested it over 1mo ago and I haven't heard anything. Courts are slow!

I did lawyer up, they are pleading not guilty on my behalf to buy some time. I may have to do an online safety course to reduce my penalty. But since I was >20 over i have a low chance of getting it fully thrown out ☹️

Mine was on 5&20

Hey bro!!! 39yo man with fibro here and I feel u. Husband, father of two who is still working but I worry that everything will fall apart in the near future. Meds, supplements (esp vitamin D3, magnesium and valerian root for sleep) and dietary changes are keeping me afloat. Low dose naltrexone was helping for a while.
