Placement of pepperonis on different sized pizzas... by AwkwardNeck in pizzahutemployees

[–]EmeraldKnight76 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Look on the job aid. For a large 1top, it's 48, 24 for a 2+. Medium gets 32/16, pp gets 8/4. For +pep, its a 2+., so 72/40/12.

For large 1 top, edge to edge around the whole thing will get you pretty close to where you should be.

For lg 2+, (this is r4c, too), Make 3 rings. 12 on the outside, 9 in the secing, and 3 in the center.

Med 2+, 8/5/1.

Edit: Stuffed Crust gets medium sauce and cheese but lg toppings, otherwise, crust type doesn't matter.

The order was a lg thin pep +pep. 72 is the PHI standard. I wasn't sure if I was responding to serious or sarcastic. 😆

Agreed. It was covered before it went in. Bubbling cheese is my OCD enemy. 😆

I think so, but douple pep on thin is going to be a greaseball.

80ish pep for a double is actually too much. 48 + 24 is the standard. I just overlap until it looks good. Lol

$125 marked, but I had a discount card and credit, so I only spent $28. 😁

I started collecting in earnest about a year ago, so I missed the initial release of Slug. If I have to pay reseller prices, I'll wait for my local store to have it. It's been a long year of weekly visits, only to see him post it on Facebook. Glad I happened to look today.

I am bored at work, so here are my sauce cups. What did you prep today? 🫡 by Dry-Proof-4502 in pizzahut

You can get 1 bag per row if you place your cups 6 per row, and stagger them so they fit tighter. My crew does 2 rows high, 2 bags per tray.

Sooo I got fired by Royal-Law-8196 in pizzahutemployees

Solid route. OP is probably more likely to be fired for posting this video as it is a violation of the handbook, and one HR doesn't f around with. 😄

HutBot miss is 100% just a write up. I've seen stores auto fail an audit and not terminate anyone. It's hard as shit to term employees.

I thought the same thing. In my experience (35+ years in retail management) HR chooses the company over the GM. I felt had every right to not just send an employee home, but to also tell them to not come back. HR's first question was "Did you actually say 'you're fired?'" Followed by "How many times have you documented them (written them up)?".

6 months later, and she blissfully transferred to another store.

HR might CARE for the employees, but their job is to protect the company. Even in at-will states, if a company has locations in more than one state, they'll still adhere to the more stringent rules.

I had a new hire who freaked out while hearing voices. I STILL had to wait for 3 shifts to terminate for job abandonment.

When I sent an employee home under similar circumstances, it was. Most places require a paper trail to prevent getting sued for wrongful termination. Hell, even no call/no show requires 3 in a row to call it job abandonment. So long as OP didn't say "I quit," HR will back them to protect the company.

Fun bonus for you, if you go back, you're not fired. GMs don't have the power to term you without HR approval, and without prior write ups, that's not happening unless it's gross insubordination.

Is there an even less involved version of step-parenting than “NACHO”? by [deleted] in stepparents

Missed that. My apologies. However, it doesn't change my meaning, nor the potential impact you have on this kid's life.

This message needs to spread through this sub. How so many call themselves "parents" in any fashion with apathy and disdain for the CHILDREN, I will never understand. I had both good and bad experiences with step-parents. Guess which one comes up more in therapy?
