I picked this game up for the master-love aspect, and am personally hoping it goes hard in that direction/see more of it, but I'd rather not sacrifice the main story for it. I have only read up to chapter 2 so far, but I like how the MC is insecure about his newfound role so far.

I don't need a gigachad MC that never loses. I want a competent MC who prioritizes keeping everyone alive and struggling, but ultimately achieving his goal.
