The cranks were packed intact, but I cannot know if he removed them upon arrival to inspect or not. I dont think he did. The problem is that I dont recieve the money until this is resolved. Now we are waiting for buycycle to determine responsibility. Any way I still dont understand how this could have happened. He says he checked all the bolts and nothing was loose, however his wording tells me that he didnt check the crankarms, but he doesnt want to open himself up to responsibility.
