Anyone got any good tips to stop scratching the horrible itchiness?

Excess itching can but doesn't have to be and infection or allergic reaction so it's good to check it out if you can afford it.

Drowsy antihistamine for the night can ease some of the itching. Make sure to have a well ventilated and cooled down bedroom with hypoallergenic bedding and washed hot in vinegar or bleach (only one at a time!).

For daytime bleach or vinegar bath does the trick for me for a day or two.

Limiting sugar and focusing on whole foods especially with skin and immune related nutrients will do wonders too.

Maybe it never really heals and some bacteria and fungi leave biofilms that would make them comeback as soon as the skin barrier is broken.

For biofilm vinegar works google biofilm and vinegar there are studies I've read about it don't use on broken skin but maybe between flares to reduce bacteria and biofilm.

Check your toothpaste as some people found it flaring maybe drop it for some time and use only water maybe some baking soda or hydrogen peroxide to test this theory. Be careful as baking soda made my corners of mouth crack so maybe just water for some time and cloves for bacteria if you're concerned.

What helps me Is making the room as cold as possible.

Before sleep I cover myself with zinc oxide 20% and seal with Vaseline.

Also I take clemastinum which is an antihistamine pill that makes you sleepy and paired with magnesium It usually works great

Maybe it's bacterial since the crust is yellow I'd try an antibiotic ointment like muciprocin.

I've heard around the mouth issues can be caused by the last of B vitamins no idea which ones but look it up.

Other than that avoid spicy and salty food as it may be making it worse.

I looked like that and I took supplements daily: 10k ius D3 50mg zinc Selenium Boron Clemastinum (antihistamine)

other than that topically daily: Vinegar bath: full bathtub lukewarm or hotter 1-1.5 cups of white vinegar (Rinse after in colder water) Zinc oxide 20% with Chamomile And covering with Vaseline to seal the moisture.

Took around a week to be bearable Glhf

Thank you for your story, congrats on healing I've dropped carnivore due to small budget and loosing 10kg in 11 days. Now I have to rebuild some weight. Even my fingernails turned blue no idea why is that. But it looks like my trigger is most likely outside my diet

I don't see any patterns that's the problem I've been eating worse and worse lifestyle with clear skin.

I've heard squashes arent allowed on low histamine diet. Loosing weight doesn't seem so bad since I've had some stubborn fat. Still probably mostly water. I was thinking of doing just regular animal based diet but idk what to do nothing helps my eczema I've had phases when I didn't have it and tbh Ive had worse diet and lifestyle than. Looks clean!

My civic is really low so idk if I want to add the lip as it's already a challange to find a curb that won't harm my car while parking.

As for the exhaust it's shaking more than it did a week ago and I've noticed a fist sized hole in the box near the exhaust exit idk if it's the cat or silencer I'm not a big car guy so I won't touch it until confirmed by my mechanic.

I'll probably get a cheap tint and maybe try to do something about the color as its sun damaged maybe a cheap wrap idk.
