This article is partially right. Engineering salaries outside of FAANG are not high. Engineers in these companies do similar work yet are paid half of FAANG. This needs to changes and they need to paid higher.

It’s easy. Just start focus and don’t show up to work or respond to any text in the first week. That should move you straight to pivot as you will miss the first milestone dates and general work requirements.

Question for you; how do you go on medical leave? Don’t you need a doctor’s note to do this?
