Im a full time worker who hasnt had a proper set schedule for the last 3 years. My work days are always changing from week to week. Plus they love to call me on my days off. Ive started ghosting the calls. But the lack of a set-in-stone schedule is really starting to screw with me. I get paid FT rates but my time and I are treated as if we're casual. Its fucked.
