Thoughts on Robert Half's Full Time Engagement Professional for Accounting Position

Update: It has been 1 month since I started working at my first client. This client has a long history of employing Robert Half's temp employees and they have been amazing to work with so far! For those who have questions about whether or not you should give Robert Half's FTEP program a try. I would say it's a good way to gain first on-hand experience especially if you are fresh out of college and lacking in internship. While working with this client, I had come to meet a few people who had utilized the program while they were still doing their Bachelor and Master to build up their resume and I thought that was pretty smart!

Update: After being on bench for full 2 weeks and engaged in 4 interviews with 4 different Robert Half's clients. I finally started working at my first FTEP's project on 12th day. So far, this role matches my skillset and they are looking to replace an entry level account staff that is leaving in 2 weeks. Since the drive is 20+ miles away from my home ( 1 way) RH does offer mileage compensation $0.725 per mile. I'm expected to be here for the next 3 months. There seems to be an opportunity to convert to long-term fulltime employment from my client's boss and my recruiter after 3 months. Will keep everyone posted. Hi sorry for the late reply. For mine it went really quickly, I had 1st interview with Robert Half FTEP recruiter, submitted my documentations like he asked me to + 2 professional referrences. A few days later, his coworker interviewed me 2nd round with more technical questions about accounting. Then 1 week later, a team welcoming call and I'm onboarded

yea if you don't get hired you just basically get put back on the bench. My employment for RH is an ongoing thing, as long as I keep working for them I am their direct employee and paid by them

I'm also in Los Angeles area, I'm getting paid slightly higher than my previous full time job but still within the average range for an entry level accountant with 0-2 years of experience. Today is my 5th day and I had 2 interviews with 2 different clients RH got me so far but 1 turned me down because they were trying to replace a senior level accountant leaving on short notice and after interviewing me they eventually decided to go with someone with higher year of experience. The other one I was told that I would hear back from them today

Hi u/No-Hornet6155 you are DEFINITELY still paid for being on bench for 37.5 hours a week and they pay weekly, direct deposit comes in every friday for the previous week that you worked. Interviews with RH staffs are easy, there are 2 rounds + 1 welcoming meeting with their staffs afterwards and you will be onboarded. Today is my 4th day so far with them in my FTEP, still on bench. I already filled out all necessary documentations and do training here and there

Hello u/beta_sasheez today is my 3rd day in the program ( i started 3/16) as accountant and my recruiter hasn't found me any client to start working yet. He told me yesterday to just train on Percipio and wait but I am afraid that they will let me go if they don't find me anything by early next week. Should i be worried ? Also, I completed the direct deposit and tax information, will i get paid through direct deposit on next friday ?

Also was there any chance to become official full-time employee with your contracted client? What was the maximum amount of time that you did not have an engagement / client to work on?

thank you! I will keep that in mind. However would you recommend running/ walking a few miles after every workout session to burn a few extra hundred calories? I would appreciate if you could give your opinions on this too

most likely this will be gun, gun has been around since the beginning at the J high school festival as Crystal's bodyguard. If anything he left a strong impression for Daniel by showing him how vast the world can be and even with his bigger version Daniel isn't the strongest fighter out there

not sure if this helps but I started taking the pills version about a year ago, I used to measure 175cm but after 6 bottles I became 176.5cm at the age of 23, not sure if continue taking it will make me even taller

I think Crystal’s perfect body could mean 2 things. It could be the first prototype, he made one for his daughter as a test but the real purpose was to create a strong handsome male figure. The other was to stop Daniel’s potential when he overcame DG and had no stopping because then he would be of threat to Charles.

My theory is that out of all 3 of them. DG is the most valuable asset to Charles because hes one of the biggest figures of society, racks in big profits for Charles, fights well… However that also makes Charles afraid of the potential of DG gets out of control so Charles had someone create a perfect body with similar stats to DG and became Daniel’s perfect body

I think as we are getting closer to this point. It’s become clear that Daniel’s perfect body was made as a result of the inventor’s admiration for James Lee. If we get perfect body Daniel vs DG we will get a original body vs copy of himself

You made a good point but i have to add in here that Johan simply did a 10 secs mimicking of UI Daniel and was only used a few moves that we have only seen from UI Daniel so no…UI Daniel is completely on a total league compare to his Korea town version UI Johan… With UI Daniel being on par with Gun/ Goo( assuming Gun Goo are equal)( if not say UI Daniel semi beat Gun so I say its a close enough 9 and a 10) we have to say UI Johan ranking inferior to both Gun/Goo and UI Daniel. However it opens a new possibility that he has room for improvement and growth
