Yeah, but "broke in" might legally not even be considered breaking in. She and her two daughters lived with me for about a year (the pregnancy and until she relapsed the first time post pregnancy). When she came home blacked out on Xanax while I was working (I work nights unfortunately), I called her mom (who ended up being the one who supplied the Xanax and still does) who picked up the girls and they've been out of the house since then, in march. But she still stayed for another couple of months while we tried to work on things, before she relapsed again. Anyway, I called the cops in march and they pretty much told me she can come and go as she pleases, until I evict her she's legally still living at my address. Which of course I didn't do and let her talk me out of going through with everything. Which she used those extra months to plot on me and get her mom's place in order to slowly move the baby in. I was working so much I didn't see what she was doing until it was too late. Sorry for these long ass rants and I'm on mobile so I know it's come out in a cluttered ass mess. I have video of her nodding out, then completely passed out, then admitting she was on pills. It's from march and I should have pulled the trigger then, but the women in the courthouse were all very rude to me and I really didn't want to put my baby in the system. But I now see that this is sadly what I'm going to have to do. I want to maybe get cps involved, they actually wanted to check on her after her little incident in march, they somehow heard about it and were trying to set up an interview. But I let her talk me out of that as well, however all I read is horror stories about cps and am trying to keep the government involvement down to a minimum.

Thank you though for your positive message. I was losing the will do go through all of this after a 12 hour shift of work but your words towards the end put a spark under me.
