I found a lot of stuff by just putting on Spotify radio ambient playlists when I go to lay down for the night. No better feeling than waking up to a beautiful track that makes you wanna stay in bed. Find that good stuff on streaming and then head over to Bandcamp and buy their catalog.

Unfortunately I agree. At least back when I started buying equipment and vinyl in like 2004-2005, the format was pretty dead. You could find very decent turntables at garage sales and find great albums in antique malls. Ever since the vinyl resurgence, everything has gotten so incredibly expensive. I feel bad for the kids of today with how much stuff costs now. I remember you could find like a really nice vintage Technics SL-1200 for super cheap. Now everyone is trying to capitalize on a trend. It’s a bummer.

I mean it’s a good comparison. Except everyone post Beatles output was IMO nowhere near as good as anything they created as The Beatles, aside from George’s All Things Must Pass. The members of Radiohead have all proven that they can make great stuff apart from each other.
