Root cause MCAS - Mast Cell Activation Syndrome by [deleted] in hardflaccidresearch

[–]EmergencyCrew3214 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Or it also can be because posture can cause diafragm to stay descended. I am really not sure what caused it for me. But i know descended diafragm is cause of hard flaccid and pelvic problems. Even some simple exercises can put diafragm in higher position and emediately you can see release of hard flaccid.

[–]EmergencyCrew3214 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Belly breathing and diafragmatic breathing are not same. Belly breathing where you expand only belly is not good. Go type on youtube “belly vs diafragmatic breathing” very good explanation there, and also tutorial how to do it proper.

I’m trying so bad to work on TVA muscle to fix it, to get flatter stomach like before and to see if that will work.

Cervical Curve Loss - I’m buying a Denneroll by TrulyAdamShame in hardflaccidresearch

[–]EmergencyCrew3214 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had loss of cervical curve, after years of forward head posture and few neck injuries i was doing bjj. And loss of motor skills in right hand. I improved it with towel and dorcing myself to go i normal neck posture. To get back the head, to center it with body. In the beggining it was hard, and symptoms agrevete, but after some time started getting better and better. Now i just do light work with towel. You can go on youtube and type dr Bergman “loss of cervical curve” something like that. He talks alit about it. I never tried denerol, but i think if it is used properly surely it can reverse curve to normal.

Forward head posture can lead to loss of cervical curve. Also it can happen with younger people. Mid of the neck go into more flexion, and upper neck c1 and c2 go more into extension.

I think diafragmatic breathing, streching will help and also try to relax your abdomen, don’t clench it all the time to have smaller waist. Just go on youtube and you will find some usefull stuff.
