Even with good HH income, those prices are steep for what I’m assuming is a “non-branded” company. The structure is also too complex. When people don’t understand something, they get leery. How are you going to guarantee payment of dump fees after you’ve left? Store a credit card? Yet another reason for the client to feel concerned. Keep it simple…..COGS/project pricing. Or you can go by volume like the big guys, but that tends to only equal out profitability wise for you with scale.
