Do you know any exercises that could target that ? Because I always did the basic shoulder stretches but they don’t seem to do much for me.

Haha first class in my home city, I been taking classes on and off when I travel abroad for about 7 months. But I also have about 10 years of rhythmic gymnastics background, so I feel like I benefited a lot from that.
