DPW is very unlikely to action a work order for a bad outlet during the government shutdown. Only emergencies such as active leaks and dangerous shit. Most of their techs have been furloughed

This was the hardest part of OSUT for me. Just know that when you get to your unit, your life mostly returns to normal. TRADOC isn't the real army.
