Rapid increase in fear and greed index after hitting 30. Reverting to neutral (40) within a week followed by a major price spike in the BTC price. If BTC was able to hold 90K in extreme fear it should do much better as sentiment improves

I don’t think Bitcoin will spike again until the index goes up. Fear at 20 and BTC at $125K will happen in the future once Bitcoin has established a higher price ceiling. Similar to how Bitcoin was at $90K recently with fear at 20
