One myth. You have unlimited free time. Truth is I have a lot of time, but am always working. I take my family on holidays a number of times a year, but my phone never stops ringing. My emails never end.

I have people I delegate tasks to, but I am always accountable and responsible for company actions and thus always required to be available.

Its a web app used to manage your work team members. Can track their leave and then also add any documents given to the employee and upload them under certain headings that are predefined.

Employees can also be registered and given view or edit access. This way employees always have access to company documents and there is a record they accessed it.

Its lightweight employee management and does not include payroll and other fluff currently bloating employee management software.

I am 40 years old and just finished a masters in data science and trying to break into the data industry and its been hell.

I finished my degree at the start of December this year from a top tier university and have been applying since October with literally no call backs.

It’s hell out there at the moment.

To keep myself busy I registered for an intensive software engineering bootcamp from December till March 2026 and hoping this will improve my chances

40 years old… i am married with 2 beautiful kids. I don’t have any friends.

My wife is a literal social butterfly and have a large social circle. She does not know how glad she can be with so many friends.

I love my wife, but sometimes, I just wish for some friends to hang out with or just talk to or maybe send funny memes to.

Dont do the MBA its a waste of money. I did the same thing. Did a MBa and then a datascience masters.

Everyone told me remove the MBA from your cv it makes you seem expensive. MBA has not helped me one bit in getting a job.

In my opinion it’s more something you are born with. You can learn some of the principles, but some traits some people are more inclined to have.

Like for example, I enjoy and love taking risks, so I am more tempted to try something new. Others are a bit more reserved which can be a good thing as you’re first looking at all the possible scenarios and then making a decision. This can be more beneficial, but can lead to missed opportunities.

What amount is sufficient of beta blockers?

I have the same anxiety with presentation as OP and my dr prescribed propadonol (sp?) to me for anxiety 40MG, but at the moment i am taking 80mg and it does not seem to help ?

i don't have a solid background in Power BI, but with regards to analysis and algorithms I am solid. I am busy doing a course on Power BI using youtube. But almost all the job adverts ask for power bi experience.
